Angola reaffirms its firm support for Sahrawi people and their just cause

Luanda (Angola), March 4, 2026 (SPS) – The President of the Angolan National Assembly (Parliament) has reiterated his country’s supportive position toward the Sahrawi people and their just cause.

This came during his reception of the Sahrawi Ambassador to Angola and Namibia at the Parliament headquarters in the capital, Luanda.

During the meeting, which was attended by senior advisers to the Speaker of Parliament, the two sides reviewed the latest developments regarding the Sahrawi issue and other matters of mutual interest.
