Shaheed El-Hafed, January 19, 2026 (SPS) – Member of the National Secretariat, Prime Minister, Mr. Bouchraya Hammoudi Beyoun, praised on Monday the positive interaction between the Sahrawi National Council and the government, which characterized the discussion and approval of the government program for the year 2026 during the Council’s autumn session.
The Prime Minister pointed out that the program comes at a difficult time marked by challenges in dealing with the United Nations and humanitarian organizations, as well as attempts to undermine the Sahrawi people’s right to self-determination.
He added that the program covers all areas of life for the Sahrawi citizen.
On the other hand, Mr. Bouchraya Hammoudi Beyoun called for the need to make thorough preparations for the celebrations commemorating the 50th anniversary of the proclamation of the Republic, which coincides with the upcoming 27th of February.
