Algiers, 27 December 2025 (SPS) – The President of the Algerian Dignity Party, Mr. Mohamed Daoui, affirmed his party’s support and solidarity with the Sahrawi people and their just cause until the full achievement of their goals of freedom and independence.
This came during the opening of the party’s fourth congress held in the capital, Algiers, under the slogan “Algeria Unites Us.”
In his speech, the party president stressed that Algeria will remain faithful to the values and principles of the glorious 1 November Revolution in supporting the causes of liberation movements, foremost among them the Sahrawi and Palestinian causes. He pointed out that the Algerian Dignity Party will continue on the path and positions of the Algerian State in supporting the struggle of the Sahrawi people until they obtain their legitimate right to self-determination and independence.
For his part, the Sahrawi ambassador to Algeria, member of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, Mr. Khatri Addouh, praised the Algerian people and government for their steadfast positions in defending the right of the Sahrawi people, and for their regional and international support and advocacy. He expressed his sincere thanks to the Dignity Party for the invitation and for its noble stance in supporting the Sahrawi cause.
The Sahrawi ambassador renewed the Sahrawi people’s gratitude and appreciation for these lofty and historic positions, which the Sahrawi people will record in letters of gold in their modern history and in the record of the shared struggle and relations between the Sahrawi and Algerian peoples and states.
