Smara Wilaya, 19 November 2025 (SPS) — The Third International Solidarity Forum for Cultural Exchange for Peace in Western Sahara began Wednesday in Smara Wilaya, with the participation of members of the National Secretariat, the government, the National Council, representatives of various national institutions, and broad international participation from Algeria, the United States of America, Venezuela, Germany, Mexico, Spain, Italy, and Mauritania.
According to the forum’s agenda, organized under the supervision of the Ministry of Culture, the event will feature lectures and presentations from the participating countries on cultural exchange, reinforcing the call for justice for the Sahrawi people, and expressing solidarity with their just struggle for freedom and independence.
