
Shaheed El Hafed, 06 September 2025 (SPS) - The Prime Minister, member of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front, Mr. Buchraya Hamoudi Bayoun, affirmed today, Saturday, while overseeing the activities of the National Conference on Education, that the Saharawi State has dedicated all material and human resources to achieve a strong and productive education.
Buchraya Hamoudi Bayoun stressed the cooperation of all partners to achieve the required goals and overcome difficulties for a successful school year. He highlighted that the responsibility for education is a shared one, bringing together the family, the school, local organizational bodies, and parents' associations.
The Prime Minister called for the necessity of intensifying national efforts and making the 2025/2026 school year the start of a qualitative leap that meets everyone's aspirations.
He praised the great efforts made by the education, training, and vocational training staff at the national level.
The Prime Minister confirmed that the Saharawi government is more determined than ever to adopt new strategies in the education and vocational training sector. This will be done by activating new incentive system plans, based on studies carried out by the Ministry of Education and field-assessed by its specialized committees.
The conference featured a discussion panel for the social affairs sector, which included the Ministry of Religious Affairs and Original Education, the Ministry Delegate for Vocational Training, the Ministry of Public Health, the Ministry of Social Affairs and the Advancement of Women, and the Ministry of Culture, Youth, and Sports. The panel reviewed the Saharawi State's previous experiences in the field of education and the training of generations.
The conference also serves as a station for evaluation and the study of documents presented in the field of education.
The conference, held under the slogan "Effective Partnership for a Quality Educational Process," will continue for two days with broad participation from various actors in the fields of education and vocational training.
