Shaheed Al-Hafed, May 6, 2025 (SPS) – The President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, affirmed on Tuesday that our people's steadfast commitment to their national unity has foiled the enemy's schemes and conspiracies. Their unity has been the rock upon which all attempts to eliminate our existence have shattered throughout the various stages of the national struggle.
In his closing speech at the session to circulate the document issued by the National Secretariat Bureau, the President of the Republic, stated that the Sahrawi people are facing a fierce assault by the Moroccan enemy, supported by allied forces seeking to eradicate their existence and deny their right to freedom and independence. He highlighted the unique circumstances and the various conspiratorial methods employed by the Moroccan occupier against the Sahrawi people and their cause.
The Secretary-General emphasized that the collusion of forces and conspirators backing the Moroccan occupier is nothing new to the Sahrawi people, who have consistently risen to the challenge through resilience, unity around their sole legitimate representative—the Polisario Front—and unwavering adherence to their inalienable right to self-determination, ready to make sacrifices.
In this context, he noted that the current brutal aggression against the Sahrawi people is a continuation of past attacks, and it will meet the same fate as previous attempts to annihilate them.
He called for redoubling resilience and continuing the struggle against the Moroccan occupier with determination, sincerity, and loyalty to the sacrifices of our people and their righteous martyrs.
Additionally, he urged attendees to intensify efforts to implement programs and activate national institutions at all levels so they may fulfill their roles and respond to the demands of this critical phase.
