Sahrawi community in Europe condemns violence against Freedom March for Sahrawi prisoners' release

Madrid (Spain), April 09, 2025 (SPS) – The Sahrawi community in Europe has strongly condemned the violent acts and aggression targeting the Freedom March demanding the release of Sahrawi prisoners held in Moroccan jails, which took place in France.

In a statement issued by its Madrid office, the Sahrawi community expressed its outrage and denunciation of these actions, which violated the sanctity of public spaces and facilities.

The community affirmed its full solidarity with the march and, by extension, with Ms. Claude Mangin and her companions.

The Sahrawi community in Europe called upon all freedom-loving people around the world to stand in solidarity and support their peaceful march, which carries noble humanitarian goals.
