Madrid, April 09, 2025 (SPS) – The Women and Equality Directorate of the Socialist Party, in cooperation with the Association of Friends of the Sahrawi People in Fuenlabrada and the Polisario Front’s office in Madrid, organized a photography exhibition on the struggle of the Sahrawi people and the resistance of Sahrawi women in the city of Fuenlabrada, Madrid province.
The exhibition featured a lecture on the role of Sahrawi women in the battle for liberation and development, attended by numerous solidarity activists, members of the municipal council, and representatives of the Association of Friends of the Sahrawi People in Fuenlabrada.
The Polisario Front’s representative in the region, Khadijetou Al-Mukhtar, thanked the organizers for holding the exhibition, which helps raise awareness among the Spanish people about the cause of a resilient nation connected to them through bonds of brotherhood, shared history, and collective memory.
