NUSW Secretary-General received by Secretary-General of South African National Women's Congress

Johannesburg (South Africa), January 28, 2025 (SPS) - The Secretary-General of the Sahrawi Women's Union (NUSW), Ms. Shaba Seini, was received today, Tuesday, by the Secretary-General of the South African National Women's Congress, at the headquarters of the Congress.

The meeting, which took place on the sidelines of the third African Women’s Dialogue Forum, discussed ways to develop and enhance bilateral relations between the two organizations.

The meeting allowed Ms. Shaba Seini to highlight the struggle of Sahrawi women for over 50 years, emphasizing the serious violations faced by Sahrawi women under Moroccan occupation and the participation of Sahrawi women in building the institutions and structures of the Sahrawi state.
