Shaheed El Hafed, November 15, 2024 (SPS) - Minister of Public Health Salek Baba Hasana received Friday an American delegation currently visiting the Sahrawi state.
During the meeting, which was attended by Minister of Culture Moussa Salma and directors from the Ministry of Health, the Minister of Public Health presented an overview of the general health situation and the stages the health system has gone through, particularly in light of the hard conditions of displacement that have not prevented the Sahrawi state from building a health system capable of overcoming all those difficulties and challenges.
The meeting also addressed ways to cooperate in various health fields, including training, pharmaceuticals, surgical medical missions, animal health, and more.
The American delegation provided the Ministry of Public Health with a significant quantity of essential medicines.
