Shaheed El-Hafed (refugee camps), 9 August 2024 (SPS) - The Permanent Office of the National Secretariat of the Polisario Front has condemned the criminal policy carried out by the Moroccan occupation against defenseless Sahrawis.
In a statement concluding its meeting on Sunday, chaired by the President of the Republic, the Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, denounced "the criminal practices of the Moroccan occupation that target defenseless Sahrawi civilians in the Sahrawi territories, including the destruction of homes and property, and the expropriation of land." He emphasized that these scenes evoke the racist practices of the former apartheid regime in South Africa or the bulldozers of Zionist colonization in occupied Palestine.
The office highlighted, in this context, "the continuation of the heroic struggle" of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army and its attacks against the positions of Moroccan occupying forces along the wall of shame, causing them "heavy human and material losses."
