Nouakchott, August 02, 2024 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, met some delegations participating in the investiture ceremony of the Mauritanian President-elect Mohamed Ould Cheikh El Ghazouani.
In this context, the President of the Republic met with the Algerian Prime Minister Mr. Nadir Larbaoui, the Malian delegation, in addition to the Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Moussa Faki.
For his part, the Member of the National Secretariat and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mr. Mohamed Sidati, held talks with delegations from Algeria, the African Union, Angola and Libya.
The President of the Republic arrived in the Mauritanian capital yesterday afternoon to participate in the investiture ceremony of the Mauritanian President, accompanied by a delegation including the Minister of Foreign Affairs, Member of the National Secretariat Mfr. Mohamed Sidati, the Mayor of Smara, Member of the National Secretariat, Mr. Azza Babbih, the National Director of Security, Documentation and Protection of Institutions, Mr. Hamma Malou, the Ambassador in Charge of Presidential Protocol, Mr. Salha Al-Abd, and the Advisor in Charge of the Arab World, Ms. Nana Labbat Rachid.
