The summit is expected to bring together African heads of state, senior government officials, leading policymakers, private sector actors, and civil society organizations. Other participants will include representatives of farmers' organizations, development agencies, including NGOs, scientists, and representatives of leading donor organizations.

The Sahrawi Republic is participating with a high-level delegation led by Prime Minister Mr. Bushraya Hamoudi Beyoun, accompanied by Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohamed Sidiati, Minister of Development Mr. Baba Ahmed Mohamed Yehdih Afdidi, Permanent Ambassador to the African Union, Mr. Lamine Baali, Ambassador of the Sahrawi Republic to the Republic of Kenya, Mr. Mohamed Limam Mohamed Ali, and First Secretary of the Embassy of the Sahrawi Republic in the Republic of Kenya, Mr. Ala Sidahmed Omar.
