Shaheed El Hafed, 6 January 2024 (SPS) - The opening of the annual foreign relations conference took place today, Saturday, at the headquarters of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Shaheed El Hafed.
The conference was launched under the supervision of the Prime Minister, member of the National Secretariat, Mr. Bushraya Hamoudi Beyoun, alongside the Minister of Foreign Affairs, member of the National Secretariat, Mr. Mohamed Sidati, the Minister Counselor to the Presidency of the Republic in charge of diplomatic affairs, member of the National Secretariat, Mr. Mohamed Salem Ould Salek, in addition to the heads of diplomatic missions.
The work of the first day was dedicated to a meeting of heads of diplomatic missions, to assess the Sahrawi diplomatic work in the various countries that have friendly and cooperative relations with the Sahrawi Republic, in addition to providing readings on the general international situation and its repercussions on the national cause.
The participants listened this morning to the assessments of the Sahrawi diplomatic missions in Africa, while the audience will listen this evening to the assessments of the diplomatic missions in Latin America, followed by the assessments of the Sahrawi diplomatic missions in Europe, the Arab world and Asia.
The work of the meeting of the heads of diplomatic missions will continue tomorrow before the start of the Annual Conference on Foreign Relations the day after tomorrow and the following day.
