Bir lehlou December 20, 2023 (SPS)- The president of the Unites Republic of Tanzania Samia Suluhu Hassan, reaffirmed, in a reply message to the President of the Republic Mr. Brahim Ghali, the position of her government in support the legitimate and inalienable right to self-determination of the Sahrawi people.
“It is with great pleasure that I have received your congratulatory message in the commemoration of the United Republic of Tanzania’s 62nd years of Independence. I wish to convey sincere and heartfelt appreciation to you for this gesture of friendship and solidarity” said the reply message.
The president of the Unites Republic of Tanzania added in her message “It is with great satisfaction that I note the excellent bilateral ties that continue to exist between our two sisterly countries. Indeed, our two countries are true friends with unprecedented affinities. I look forward to working with you to further deepen cooperation in various fields of common interests between our two countries in both regional and international fora”.
She also took this opportunity to reaffirm her Government’s position in support of the legitimate and inalienable right to self-determination of the people of Sahrawi Republic.
Samia Suluhu Hassan concluded her massage saying “While conveying my best wishes for your good health and for the prosperity of the Sahrawi people, please accept, Your Excellency and Dear Brother, the assurances of my highest consideration”.
