Ambassador to Algeria receives delegation from Algerian Guidance and Reform Association

Algeria, March 28, 2024 (SPS) - Member of the National Secretariat, Ambassador to Algeria, Mr. Abdelkader Taleb Omar, received a delegation from the Algerian Guidance and Reform Association led by Mr. Mahdi Bouhajar, Vice President of the Association, which is one of the Algerian associations working in the humanitarian field for more than 33 years. This association has previously provided humanitarian aid to the Sahrawi people.

Both the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party (PSOE) and the Popular Party (Partido Popular) in the regional parliament have expressed their resolute support for the Sahrawi cause in meetings held with the Delegate of the Polisario Front in the region, Abdalahe Hamad.

Geneva, 10 March 2024 (SPS) - The Polisario Front representative to Switzerland, the United Nations and international organizations in Geneva, Ambassador Abi Bushraya Bashir, affirmed that the displacement of Sahrawi people in several areas in the occupied territories of Western Sahara "comes in the context of the continuation of the Moroccan occupation of its settlement policy and the illegal exploitation of the resources of the Sahrawi people."

President of Republic to Sputnik: Referendum is compromise solution for Western Sahara question

Addis Ababa (African Union), February 23, 2024 (SPS) - The President of the Republic , Secretary General of the Polisario Front, Mr. Brahim Ghali, stressed in an interview with the Russian news agency Sputnik, published Tuesday, that the referendum of the Sahrawi people to self-determination is the compromise solution for decolonizing Western Sahara.

UGTSARIO participates in 15th Congress of Portuguese trade union

Lisbon (Portugal), February 23, 2024 (SPS) - A  delegation from the General Union of Workers of Saguia El Hamra and Rio de Oro (UGTSARIO), participated in the 15th Congress of the Portuguese Trade Union CGTP-IN.

The congress, which began on Thursday with the opening of an international conference, is held under the slogan "Unity of Workers in the Struggle for Rights, Peace and Solidarity" and will continue from the 22nd to the 24th of this month.
