Ministry of Information extends condolences on passing of journalist Mohamed Salem Bushraya

Shaheed Al Hafed, 17 December 2022 (SPS) -  The Ministry of Information issued a statement, in which it paid tribute the outstanding characteristics of journalist and militant, Muhammad Salem Bushraya, who passed away Friday due to an incurable disease.
The statement of the Ministry of Information said, "it is with great sorrow and sadness that we received the news of the passing of the great militant and distinguished Sahrawi journalist, Mohamed Salem Bushraya, known as (the Doctor).
"On this enormous loss, we in the Ministry of Information express our condolences and extend our sincere condolences to the Sahrawi people, listeners of the national radio in particular, and the family and relatives of the deceased.
"The Ministry of Information mourns one of its founding sons after he spent his life adhering to the covenant, and continued to haunt the occupation despite his illness, upholding his people's right to freedom and dignity. 
"The man who devoted his life to serving the Sahrawi cause for more than 46 years has passed away, he was credited with establishing an authentic Sahrawi media school, leaving his mark on the formation of generations that passed through the media institution, through his immortal radio programs," added the statement.
The late Mohamed Salem Bushraya, was one of the first pioneers to establish the National Radio on December 28, 1975, and he was credited with keeping up with the patriotic action and confronting the enemy's propaganda through media programs and field work.
