Sultana Khaya denounces from Portuguese Parliament repressive practices of Moroccan occupation against defenseless Sahrawis

Lisbon (Portugal), 29 October 2022 (SPS) - Sahrawi human rights activist Sultana Sid Brahim Khaya has expressed her condemnation of the repressive practices pursued by the Moroccan occupation against defenseless Sahrawis in the occupied cities of Western Sahara.
Sultana Khaya, during her meeting with the Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Portuguese Parliament, expressed her strong condemnation of the repressive practices pursued by the Moroccan occupation against the Sahrawis in the occupied cities of Western Sahara, expressing her astonishment at the unjustified silence of the international community regarding these violations.
Sultana Khaya briefed the members of the parliamentary committee about what she was subjected to as a human rights activist by the Moroccan occupation, which exercised the most heinous forms of repression, abuse and intimidation against her, reflecting on the suffering of the Sahrawi civilian population in the occupied territories of Western Sahara and the continuous violation of human rights by the Moroccan security services.
