Birlahlou (liberated territories), 7 May 2022 (SPS) - President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, has sent a message of condolence to the President of the sisterly State of Cuba, Miguel Diaz-Canel, following the explosion that took place at the Saratoga Hotel in the Cuban capital, Havana, which left dozens dead and injured.
“It is with great dismay and sadness that we received the news of a powerful explosion that occurred on Friday at the Saratoga Hotel in Old Havana, killing more than 20 people and injuring dozens,” said the President of the Republic.
On this painful occasion, the President of the Republic, on behalf of the Sahrawi government and people, expressed his sincere condolences to the Government of Cuba, the brotherly Cuban people and the families of the victims, wishing a speedy recovery for those who were injured.
