Moroccan occupation police arrest two Sahrawi students

Agadir (Morocco), 30 April 2022 (SPS) - Police and intelligence agents of the Moroccan occupation have kidnapped and arrested two Sahrawi students on campus in the Moroccan city of Agadir for their student and political activities demanding freedom for Sahrawi students and civilian prisoners and supporting the Sahrawi people's right to self-determination and independence, announced the Association for the Protection of Sahrawi Prisoners in Moroccan Jails.

The Association indicated in a statement that student Mohamed Aishi and Hasana Loud appeared Thursday before the so-called investigative judge of the court of first instance in Agadir, where it was decided to follow them up in case of arrest, with the first trial hearing scheduled for May 5, after it was scheduled for Friday.

According to the same source, it is not unlikely that "the Moroccan occupying state will fabricate false and unfounded charges in order to legalize the abduction and detention and bring criminal charges against both Saharawi students Mohamed Aishi and Hasana Loud, in order to issue illegal and retaliatory sentences against them that have been prepared in advance".
