Screening in London of two films on struggle of Sahrawi people

London, 17 April 2022 (SPS) - Two films about the struggle and history of the Sahrawi people against the Moroccan occupation will be screened in London, UK, on June 6, according to the British arts and human rights charity Sandblast.

The screenings, entitled "Sandtracks", a 22-minute film directed by Carolina Graterol and "You can't get there from here", a 90-minute feature film by filmmakers Daniel Petkoff and Peter Shields, "are two engaging and original films about the untold story of the Saharawi people", says Sandblast arts.

The screenings will be followed by a discussion and question and answer session with the British filmmakers and local Sahrawi activists, moderated by Paula Beegan Haddad.
