President of Republic takes part in inauguration ceremony of Salvadoran President-elect

San Salvador (El Salvador) June 2, 2019 (SPS) - President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Frente POLISARIO, Mr. Brahim Ghali, has taken part in the inauguration ceremony of President-elect of the Republic of El Salvador, Mr. Nayib Bukele, in the presence of Heads of State, Government, Parliaments and delegations from more than 80 countries.
The inauguration ceremony took place in a square in downtown San Salvador, where Mr. Nayib Bukele, was sworn in by the speaker of the National Assembly (parliament) as the president of the Republic of El Salvador. 
On the sidelines of the inauguration ceremony, the President of the Republic held meeting with Presidents of Colombia, Costa Rica, Panama, Guatemala, the Dominican Republic, Bolivia, as well as Vice-Presidents, Heads of Ministries of Cuba, Ecuador and Belize, and heads of delegations present. The talks dealt with the development of the national issue, the most important issues of mutual concern and ways to strengthen bilateral relations.
The President of the Republic is accompanied by a delegation comprising Minister Delegate in Charge of Latin America and the Caribbean, Omar Mansour, Saharawi Ambassador to El Salvador, Suliman Tayeb, Advisor to the Presidency of the Republic, Abdati Breika. (SPS)
