South Africa will host a conference of solidarity and support to the Saharawi cause

Pretoria, Feb 20, 2019 (SPS) - The Minister of International Relations and Cooperation of South Africa, Lindiwe Nonceba Sisulu announced on Tuesday before the diplomatic corps accredited in South Africa, the convocation of the conference of the Southern African Development Community (SADC, for its acronym in English) for solidarity and support to the Saharawi people on March 25 and 26 in Pretoria.
The Head of South African diplomacy said that this noble people deserve a lot of solidarity to achieve liberation and freedom and independence.
It is expected that SADC will call on several countries, particularly the Saharawi Republic, to participate in this international conference, a very special conference to consolidate the solidarity of the African continent with the Saharawi people.
The Southern African Development Community (SADC) is a regional group composed of 15 countries: Angola, Botswana, Lesotho, Madagascar, Malawi, Mauritius, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia, Zimbabwe, South Africa, the Democratic Republic of the Congo and Seychelles Islands.SPS
