Zimbabwean President: our relations with the Sahrawi Republic are "historic and will continue to stand firm until victory."

Harare (Zimbabwe), June 07, 2018 (SPS) - The president of Zimbabwe, Mr. Emerson Mnangagwa, said in a statement to the media after his meeting on Tuesday with the President of the Republic and Secretary General of the Frente POLISARIO, Mr. Brahim Gali, that the relations between the two countries are "historic and will remain firm until victory."
President Mnangagwa affirmed that the "relations between Sahrawi and Zimbabwean revolutions date back to the time of our armed struggle and continued until we achieved our independence and we have recognized the Saharawi Republic and we also have  backed its adhesion to the Organization of African Unity. . "
"Our relations are strong, and as President Brahim Gali pointed out, this visit comes to improve cooperation and further strengthen these relations at all bilateral, continental and international levels," said the Zimbabwean President.  SPS
