Frente POLISARIO´s delegation in Moscow to discuss the latest developments of the Saharawi question

Moscow, Apr 10, 2018 (SPS) - The Saharawi question and its latest political and security developments will be on the agenda of the visit, Tuesday in Moscow, of a delegation of the Frente POLISARIO, said Monday the Saharawi representative in Russia.
The leaders of the Frente POLISARIO "will inform the Russian side, both the political class and civil society, of the latest developments in the struggle of the Saharawi people for their freedom and self-determination," said Ali Salem, adding that two parties will discuss in Moscow the steps taken by the UN Secretary-General, Antonio Guterres, and his personal envoy, Horst Kohler, to reach a peaceful solution guaranteeing the self-determination of the Saharawi people.
According to the representative of the Polisario Front in Moscow, the Saharawi leadership recently took note with satisfaction of the report of the UN Secretary-General submitted to the Security Council in late March on Western Sahara, while reaffirming its commitment to the peace process and its support to the UN efforts, with the aim of reaching a peaceful solution guaranteeing the self-determination of the Saharawi people.
