Council of Ministers holds meeting in preparation for next festivities

Shaheed El-Hafedh, January 27, 2018 (SPS) - The Saharawi government met on Saturday at the headquarters of the Prime Ministry, under the chairmanship of the Prime Minister, Abdel-kader Taleb-Omar.

The Prime Minister indicated that this meeting was in preparation for the next festivities, including the anniversary of the proclamation of the Saharawi Republic, Sahara Marathon, festival of culture and arts, as well as the international conference of solidarity with the occupied territories and the struggle of the Saharawi people.

Members of government observed a minute of silence and read El fatiha, in tribute to martyr, father Deida al-Yazid, who resisted despite his age the Moroccan occupation, which reflects the unswerving attachment of Sahrawis to the principles of the struggle and the determination of Father Deida Yazid to lead the resistance with his people until the last breath.
