SADR participates in 5th African Conference of Solidarity with Cuba

Windhoek (Namibia), 07 June 2017 (SPS) - The Saharawi Republic, represented by the Saharawi Ambassador, the extraordinary Commissioner in Angola and Namibia, took part at  the Fifth African Conference of Solidarity with Cuba.
Saharawi Ambassador expressed the happiness of representing the Sahrawi Republic in such an event in the free and independent capital of Windhoek to celebrates the Solidarity with the Cuban Revolution, which fought alongside the liberation armies of the region with the courage and determination to eradicate colonialism.
 
The Sahrawi ambassador pointed out that the seminar is being held at a time when the President of the Sahrawi delegation is visiting Cuba, at the invitation of his brother Comrade Raul Castro, President and Commander of the Cuban Revolution.
 
 A visit that adds the Sahrawi diplomat not only to promote bilateral relations and renew solidarity between the two peoples and the two countries but also as an occasion that enabled the Saharawi president to convey the gratitude of Africans, especially the liberation movements that fought against colonialism, to Cuba and Africa's recognition of the decisive role played by Cuba and its revolution in liberating a large part of African continent of colonialism and the great contribution to the generous support and social and economic development of many African countries.
