SPS signs a twinning protocol with its Russian counterpart "Regnum"

Moscow (Russia) April 14, 2016 (SPS) - Sahara Press Service (SPS) signed on Wednesday a twinning protocol with its Russian counterpart "Regnum" at the headquarters of the Russian news agency.
 
The agreement was signed from the Sahrawi side by the representative of the Polisario Front in Russia, Dr. Ali Salem Mohamed Fadel and the Russian side, by the Russian news agency director, Mr. Kulirov Modeste, the signing was attended by the the National Secretariat Coordinator with MINURSO, Mr. M'hamed Khadad, who is on a working visit to Russia Federal.
 
The protocol is aim to provide the Russian-speaking news about the developments of the Saharawi cause.
It should be recalled that Sahara Press Service (SPS) is a public service of Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic whose headquarters are located in Shaheed El Hafed. It was established March 29, 1999 to publicize the facts and developments on the question of Western Sahara.SPS
