Amnesty International urges an end to the attacks by the Moroccan occupation authorities against Sultana and her family

London (United Kingdom), Dec 01, 2021 (SPS) - The international human rights organization, Amnesty International, urged the Moroccan occupation authorities to immediately end their savage attacks against Sahrawi activist Sultana Sidbrahim Jaya and the her family.
In a statement released on November 30, 2021, Amnesty International called for “a swift, detailed, impartial and transparent investigation into the arbitrary practices carried out by the Moroccan security forces, as well as their attacks, including the sexual violence, in order to bring the perpetrators to justice ”.
In its statement, Amnesty International also reports “a series of attacks and aggressive practices, including the house arrest imposed more than a year ago and that the Sahrawi human rights activist continues to suffer, along with her family, emphasizing the need to respect their rights to free movement, expression and the formation of associations”.
