Ghali commends Western Sahara people's struggle against Moroccan occupation

Chahid El Hafed, Jan 13 2021 (SPS)-  (Sahrawi refugee Camps)- Sahrawi President Brahim Gali praised Monday the resistance of the Sahrawi people, who resumed its legitimate struggle two months ago against Moroccan occupation, stressing that the current stage in Western Sahara implies a "great responsibility" for the Sahrawis.
In an opening address at the third regular meeting of the Frente POLISARIO's National Secretariat, Gali praised the spirit of "unparalleled struggle" of the Saharawi people, "backed by the Saharawi People’s Liberation Army against Moroccan occupation forces."
The head of the Saharawi State addressed a special greeting to the Saharawi women.
Sahrawi women, who "have actively responded to the call and gave an example of courage, will make sacrifices and support the army soldiers with all that they possessed."
The Sahrawi President stressed that the "current stage implies a great responsibility for the Western Sahara people and their army."
"The current situation forces us to live up to this responsibility and mobilize all energies to serve national interest priorities," said Gali.
The Saharawi leader also praised "the Algerian brother people for their noble and firm positions on the Sahrawi issue and their support for the Sahrawi people in their just struggle."    SPS
