Sahrawi Liberation Army continues to shell Moroccan military positions

Bir Lehlou, 10 January 2021 (SPS) - Sahrawi Liberation Army (SPLA) has continued its attacks against the positions of the Moroccan occupation Army along the sand wall, the Sahrawi ministry of Defense said Saturday in the military communiqué n° 58.
After targeting numerous positions of Moroccan occupation soldiers over the past week, and which left some of their bases in ruins on Friday, the Saharawi Army’s vanguards launched a "devastating bombardment on positions of the Moroccan royal army entrenched in Miran, in the area of Smara."
In addition, "forward Sahrawi liberation Army units have bombed entrenched enemy positions in the Lafreena area, sector of Smara."
On Saturday, the attacks targeted the positions of the Moroccan occupation soldiers in the Aadhim Umm Ajloud region, in the Auserd sector, in Hafret Ashayaf (Al-Bakary sector), as well as in the Umm Al-Daqin region (Al-Bakary sector).
The bombing also targeted the positions of "enemy soldiers entrenched in the western region of Fadrt Tamat, Hawza sector, and in the Amqali region (Smara sector), in the Akwirt Ould Abalal region (Al Mahbas sector), Rus Sebti region (Al Mahbas sector), and Abirat Tinushad region (Al Mahbas sector)," the communiqué concluded.
