Sahrawi Army conducts new attacks against Moroccan bases for 45th consecutive day

Bir Lahlou (Liberated Territories), 28 December 2020 (SPS) - The units of the Sahrawi People's Liberation Army (SPLA) continued, Saturday and Sunday, their attacks targeting the bases and positions of the Moroccan occupation forces along the wall of shame in the area of El-Guerguerat, the Saharawi Defense Ministry said in a statement on Sunday.
The ministry added in its military communiqué No. 45, that "the Sahrawi Army on Sunday targeted positions of the Moroccan occupation army in the area of Rous Lefririna (the sector of Smara), the area of Rous Echadimiya (the sector of Mesbes), the region of Tnuched (sector of Mehbes), the zone of Rous Essabti (sector of Mehbes), the zone of Fedret Etemet (sector of Houza), the region of Lethrathiyet (sector of Elkelta) and the Azmoul Oum Khemla area (Oum Adrika sector).
The ministry added that "the army also carried out bombings on Saturday against Moroccan positions in the Doumes area (Bakari sector) and El Ghechwa zone (Smara sector).
The Saharawi Defense Ministry added that "attacks by the Saharawi People's Liberation Army fighters continued to target the sites of the occupation soldiers, who suffered further human and material losses along the wall of humiliation and disgrace". (SPS)
