El Aaiún (Occupied capital of Western Sahara), Jan 21, 2019 (SPS) - The president of the Saharawi Collective of Human Rights (CODESA), Ms. Aminetu Haidar has assured to SPS exclusively that reprisals against a delegation of Sahrawi activists clearly illustrate the human rights situation in the Occupied Areas of Western Sahara
Aminetu Haidar who was part of the delegation of Sahrawi activists who attended the activities of the 24th organized military competition in the Liberated Territories said that prohibiting the delegation from visiting Sahrawi cities is a clear reprisal against their political convictions and against their activism. It tries to reveal the continuous and serious violations of the human rights of the Saharawi people in the Occupied Zones.

The well-known Saharawi activist, after condemning the renewal of the EU-Morocco agreement, said that Europe gives the green light to the Moroccan occupation to continue committing serious violations against the Sahrawis and exploiting illegally and plundering their natural resources to continue perpetuating an illegal occupation, violating their rights and their own laws and ignoring international legality.
