Venezuelan ambassador to France reaffirms his country's firm stance on decolonization of Western Sahara

Paris, Dec 11, 2017 (SPS) - The Venezuelan ambassador to France, Hector Michel Mujica, has reaffirmed the firm position of his country's support for the right of the Saharawi people to self-determination and independence, considering that the question of Western Sahara a pending issue of decolonization, according to the United Nations.
For his part, the representative of the Polisario in France, Oubbi Bachir, speaking at the first edition of the Winter University of the Saharawi community in France, said that Morocco has failed in its confrontations with the Saharawi Republic, this was illustrated by the summit of AU-EU in which SADR President Brahim Ghali participated alongside AU Heads of State and Government.
The first edition of the Winter University of the Saharawi community in France began its work Sunday in the French capital, in the presence of Mohammed Wali Aakeik, Minister of occupied territories and communities, the representative of the Polisario Front in France, Oubbi Bachir and Sahrawi community leaders in Europe and France, respectively: Brahim Kharrachi and Sidi Sid M'hamed.
