Claude Mangin emphisizes that his defense of the Saharawi prisoners is a duty to the Saharawi people's struggle

Chahid El Hafed (Saharawi Refugee Camps), February 13, 2017 (SPS) - Human rights activist Ms. Claude Mangín said that what she is doing for the release of the detainees of Gdeim Izik is a duty to the struggle of the Saharawi people until the achievement of their independence.
The French activist, Ms. Claude Monagin, held a meeting with the follow up committee of the Sahrawi political prisoners of the Gdeim Izik Group at the headquarters of the Saharawi Human Rights Committee in the presence of representatives of various national institutions and mass organizations.
The meeting was chaired by the Minister of Occupied Territories and Abroad Community, Mr. Mohammed Wali Ekkeik, who thanked the French human rights defender and her efforts in defense of the prisoners of Gdeim Izik, especially during the recent trial.
The minister expressed his thanks to  the lawyers of the Saharawi prisoners, the press, activists, the Saharawi citizens in the Occupied Territories for their support and solidarity shown during the trial.
Ms. Claude Mangin visited the wilaya of Bojador yesterday afternoon where she met with representatives of the Regional People's Council and the National Union of Saharawi Women and attended a meeting in solidarity with Sahrawi political prisoners of Gdeim Izik and the screening of the documentary "Tell them that I exist."
