President of Republic from Addis Ababa: It's time to organize a self-determination referendum in Western Sahara.

(SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary General of the Frente POLISARIO, Mr. Brahim Gali, said on Sunday in Addis Ababa that the time has come to organize a referendum on self-determination in Western Sahara, adding that the UN mission in Western Sahara MINURSO is the only mission that does not include the functions of human rights watch.
Brahim Gali stressed to the Secretary-General of the United Nations during a breakfast meeting of the African Union organized today in Addis Ababa that the UN mission in Western Sahara must be completed its mission that came for it 26 years ago, through the supervision of the organization of a referendum in which the Saharawi people decides their fate.
Besides, he went on saying that  the Moroccan ongoing  violation of human rights in the occupied parts of Western Sahara has become unacceptable and cannot continue, pointing out that the Sahrawi people still wait the UN to organize a referendum on self-determination and enabling them to decide their destiny.
the President of the Republic participate at the head of an important Saharawi delegation, on Monday, in the works of 28the Summit of Heads of State and governments of  the African Union, which is being held under of the slogan "the year of 2017 to harnessing the demographic dividend through  investing in young," expected to adopt decisions on the situation in Western Sahara based on a comprehensive briefing submitted by the annual report of the Chairperson of the Commission on the state of peace and security in Africa.
