President of Republic sends message of condolence to his Turkish counterpart following terrorist attack in Istanbul

Bir-Lehlu (liberated territories), Jan 2, 2017 (SPS) - The President of the Republic, Secretary-General of the Polisario Front, Brahim Ghali, has sent a message of condolence to his Turkish counterpart, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, following the terrorist attack that targeted a nightclub in the city of Istanbul on the eve of the New Year.
"We have learned, with great emotion and immense sadness, the horrific terrorist attack that left dozens dead and many wounded," the President of the Republic wrote in his message.
"In this painful circumstance, allow me to express, on my own behalf, on behalf of the people and the government of the Saharawi Republic and the leadership of the Polisario Front, my most sincere condolences to you, the Turkish people and the families of the victims, and assure you of my solidarity and my compassion," said the President of the Republic.
The President of the Republic reiterated the commitment of the Sahrawi Arab Democratic Republic to continue efforts with all the brothers and friends in the world to eradicate the transcontinental scourge of terrorism which has no religion, values or ethics.
He also strongly condemned this attack and all terrorist acts, expressing the "active solidarity" of the Saharawi Republic with Turkey, people and government (SPS)
