Sahrawi Association expresses its satisfaction on European Court of Justice Advocate General advisory opinion

Occupied Aaiun,  Sept 15, 2016 (SPS) – Saharawi Resource watch and Environmental Protection Association in Western Sahara expressed satisfaction on advisory opinion of the advocate general of the European Court of Justice, Mr. Melchior Wathelet, which reaffirms that the EU-Morocco agriculture agreement between does not apply to Western Sahara in statement issued yesterday.
The said association added in a statement, a copy of which obtained by SPS "All Sahrawis are very grateful to hear this news, especially in light of the departure of many foreign companies and the latest of which was the Polish company” Geofyzika Kraków.
The statement indicated that: "This opinion is a new victory added to previous victories and gains, and will no doubt to stop the systematic looting of Western Sahara's wealth, and the issuance of it ahead of the court's ruling is an indication of the support of the European Court to its former rule.SPS
