ISACOM holds meeting to assess Moroccan harassment against its members and pledges to continue the struggle until the independence

Occupied El Aaiun (Saharawi Republic) 07 October 2020 (SPS)- The Executive Bueau of the Sahrawi Organ against the Moroccan Occupation held its second meeting via videoconference, on Tuesday, in the occupied city of El-Aaiun, to review the harassment and police siege that the members of the Commission have been subjected to since the establishment of the ISACOM, calling on the United Nations to decolonize Western Sahara .

Security Council: Western Sahara issue back on agenda

Algiers, 5 October 2020 (SPS) - The question of Western Sahara is back on agenda in October at the UN Security Council as the mandate of the United Nations Mission for the Referendum in Western Sahara (MINURSO) is to be renewed following the consultations scheduled for October 14, according to UN body's meetings timetable.
The mandate of MINURSO, to expire on October 31, will be renewed, at a meeting to be preceded by a report presented by the special representative for Western Sahara, Colin Stewart.
